Analyst - Order Fulfilment, T1 & Datastream

Overview

Analyst role in the Global Center Order Fulfilment Services (OFS) team, handling orders and activities raised by OMS teams in Global Center and regional centers, with a focus on timely, accurate fulfilment and compliance.

What you'll do

• Handle the order process for select products, entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfilment systems and working with internal customers to fulfil them within agreed turnaround times and with accuracy.
• Work on offboarding requests related to sanctions, taking required actions within the SLAs.
• Escalate delays to internal groups, including senior team members as appropriate.
• Handle internal customer queries and communication in a professional, service-minded manner.
• Be a teammate and ensure internal and external customer requirements are met, attending team meetings.
• Be responsible for online maintenance, lapsing of subscriptions and access-related issues.
• Support the billing team in validating online invoices and portals.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for MCP and AI-Ready Capability products.
• Perform licence assignment and service account creation activities.
• Validate product eligibility and entitlement requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Sales, SAM, Customer Support and Product teams.
• Ensure all requests are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Monitor the group email account to ensure requests are actioned and completed within agreed turnaround times.
• Create and modify customer master data.
• Analyze data and reports related to transactions, and troubleshoot and resolve queries and issues.
• Meet agreed volume, service, quality and average productivity targets daily.

What you'll need

• Understanding of financial market products and data services.
• Knowledge of operational risk and control frameworks.
• Experience in automation, AI-enabled solutions or process transformation initiatives.
