Analyst - Order Fulfilment, T1 & Datastream

Overview

An Associate-level Order Fulfilment Analyst in the Global Center OFS team, handling order and entitlement activities raised by SOS and SAM teams so that customers receive the right products, licences and entitlements accurately and on time.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end order fulfilment and entitlement activities across specialist permissioning and fulfilment platforms.
• Validate product eligibility, customer information, licence and entitlement requirements before fulfilment.
• Support MCP and AI-Ready Capability onboarding, including licence assignment, service account creation and access enablement.
• Handle offboarding, sanctions-related requests, subscription maintenance and access changes within agreed SLAs.
• Partner with SOS, SAM, Customer Support, Product and regional teams to resolve fulfilment requests and dependencies.
• Monitor CRM queues, cases and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, compliance and turnaround time, escalating risks or exceptions as and when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the fulfilment process.
