Analyst Prime Vendor

Overview

Analyze and present business trends, results, pricing, inventory, and distribution metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support customer and sales organizations.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal partners.
• Lead or participate in customer meetings and value analysis committees.
• Measure pricing, inventory, efficiency, and effectiveness KPIs.
• Manage contract terms, brand conversions, savings, and projects.
• Review pricing and identify discrepancies.
• Resolve inventory surplus, backorders, and invoice issues.
• Develop reporting with Sales, IS, and Finance teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales analysis and support experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma and at least 5 years of sales analysis and support experience.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, issues, or exceptions.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Experience building relationships across organizations and with vendors.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry analytics experience.
• Inventory or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience developing training and process documentation.

Details

• Remote role in Maryland.
• Annual salary range: $67,000–$101,000.
