Analyst - Procurement

Overview

Analyst – GBS Procurement role in India supporting end-to-end procurement of C class items and purchase order processing in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage C class items procurement activities.
• Run the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including PR to PO, sending POs to suppliers, PO confirmation, delivery follow-up and supplier payment coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors on actual delivery status of material.
• Complete the Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report on time for review.
• Work on pull-in, push-out and cancellations as per the MRP report and achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory at optimum levels as per site requirements.
• Coordinate with internal business partners (requestors) and suppliers on purchase order changes.
• Manage the supplier database.
• Manage shortage and excess escalations.
• Coordinate and follow through on urgent receipts and past dues, and resolve receiving challenges.

What you'll need

• Education: Diploma or B.Com / B.B.A / B.Sc.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• 0 to 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
