Analyst Senior, Application Maintenance & Support

Overview

Provide in-depth product support to FIS Digital One Commercial clients for internet banking, mobile banking, bill payment and related digital products, acting at times as a subject matter expert across multiple FIS products.

What you'll do

• Resolve incoming client inquiries via telephone, email and the client portal, including complex inquiries.
• Investigate root causes and recommend solutions through analysis and research.
• Research and recreate client issues, and identify and document application and system interactions that support business processes.
• Manage multiple issues concurrently.
• Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email and case updates.
• Apply interpersonal skills and product expertise to resolve daily client issues and support operational activities.
• Document client issues to support product quality programs and ongoing product development.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of banking and/or treasury management experience.
• Internet Banking experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
• Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• FIS core application experience.
• Internet Banking and/or Mobile Banking support experience.
• Knowledge of AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and databases.
