Analytics Consultant II

Overview

Analytics Consultant II is a Business Intelligence and Analytics professional who designs, configures, and delivers analytics and reporting solutions across UKG products.

What you'll do

• Gather and translate business requirements into analytics solutions with stakeholders.
• Configure and deploy UKG Analytics and UKG Data Hub solutions based on approved designs.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as IBM Cognos Analytics, BIRT, or Power BI.
• Develop custom analytics solutions based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Create test plans, validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document test results.
• Support production cutover and post-go-live analytics issues and requests.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, or implementing Analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics, BIRT, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of reporting, dashboard design, data visualization, and BI concepts.
• Good SQL knowledge (advanced SQL is a plus).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
