Analytics Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and mentor analytics professionals and oversee project delivery.
• Develop sales, business performance, marketing, dealer, and customer analytics.
• Analyze KPIs, profitability, ROI, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate recommendations.
• Query, integrate, manipulate, and automate large datasets.
• Build customer profiles, forecasting models, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Present findings to clients, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 6 to 8+ years of analytics leadership experience with people management.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytics, computer science, or related field.
• Expertise in sales and marketing measurement and business performance reporting.
• Skills in data transformation, quality management, modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with BigQuery SQL, GCP, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer profiling, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Automotive service and parts industry knowledge.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments.
