Analytics Manager, Commercialization

Overview

Analytics Manager for Commercialization (remote) leading verification and improvement of an internal AI analytics system, “Commercial Brain,” to support commercial decisions. The role focuses on analysis quality, empirical measurement, and commercial recommendations that shape revenue.

What you'll do

• Operate “Commercial Brain” to scope and run commercial analyses.
• Interrogate the system’s reasoning to find errors and unstated assumptions.
• Verify analyses via a second-review process and improve the empirical loop.
• Own data trust by reconciling sales data against platform ground truth and rejecting un-cleared numbers.
• Build automations to remove manual analytical work.
• Run recurring per-game commercial analysis such as pricing, discounting, regional performance, and lifecycle dynamics.
• Develop business cases and financial models for forecasting and commercial opportunities.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years in analytics, commercial strategy, or a related field.
• Strong statistical foundations, including identifying breakdowns, confounded variables, and aggregation errors.
• Basic financial modeling, including building business cases from first principles.
• Advanced Excel and ability to turn large, messy datasets into clean output.
• Ability to read and catch errors in Python and SQL.
• Clear writing so the intent is unambiguous to others or an AI agent.
• Familiarity with AI tools and understanding where AI-assisted workflows fail.
