Application Analyst - Atlassian Cloud Administrator

Overview

Manage and evolve Q2’s Atlassian Cloud ecosystem as a technical subject matter expert. The role covers platform administration, configuration, integrations, workflows, reporting, security, and Marketplace applications.

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, and optimize SaaS and enterprise applications.
• Translate user needs and functional requirements into application solutions.
• Design and update application tables, forms, workflows, and data rules.
• Develop, test, and distribute reports using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
• Train end users and document system processes and updates.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or an advanced degree with no experience.
• Experience supporting or configuring SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of configurations, integrations, workflows, and user management.
• Knowledge of databases, data validation, and application security.
• Experience with incident resolution and change control procedures.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Atlassian scripting experience with Forge or Groovy.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
