Application Developer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements as an Application Developer focused on Workday Recruiting. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver and enhance reliable application solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Design, build and configure applications that align with business processes and application requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor applications and support evolving business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques.
• Experience integrating applications with business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
