What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications.
• Adapt application features to align solutions with business needs.
• Manage releases and ensure system stability.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms.
• Engage with various teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate application performance to ensure optimal functionality.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
• Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
• 15 years full-time education.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
• Experience with low-code development platforms and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with release management and system stability practices.
