Application Engineer III

Overview

Application Engineer III supporting pre-sales engineering for Fire Detection System global projects.

What you'll do

• Support pre-sales engineering activities following country-specific standards for Fire Detection System projects.
• Review project inputs and specifications to capture scope and requirements.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and SOPs to identify Fire Detection System equipment.
• Prepare and participate in project kick-off/review meetings with technical queries and compliance/deviations tracking.
• Create bill of materials and prepare costing sheets, cost comparison charts, checklists, and technical write-ups.
• Ensure quality assurance, defect-free deliverables, on-time delivery, and manage escalations.

What you'll need

• BE/ME in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Detection System.
• Expertise in NFPA/BS 5839/EN/FM.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Knowledge of Blue Beam.
• Preferred 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Fire Detection System.
