Overview
Senior Solutions Engineer supporting the Solutions Engineering team to help deliver customer solutions across the data centre lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Support learning and understanding customer and market requirements to ensure business alignment.
- Support delivery of customer solutions and products across the complete data centre cycle.
- Translate customer requirements into key data-centre design project inputs for the India region.
- Prepare and deliver RFP proposal support and key technical/engineering documents.
- Assist with technical and sales collateral such as high-level M&E schematics and technical presentations.
- Support high-level space planning and engineering solutions for customers.
- Support development of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and connectivity work with carriers.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled/studying or a fresh graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or ECE.
- Fluency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Good knowledge of BlueBeam and Basic AutoCAD.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, good attitude, and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CFD is an advantage but not required.
