Senior Solutions Engineer

Overview

Senior Solutions Engineer supporting the Solutions Engineering team to help deliver customer solutions across the data centre lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Support learning and understanding customer and market requirements to ensure business alignment.
• Support delivery of customer solutions and products across the complete data centre cycle.
• Translate customer requirements into key data-centre design project inputs for the India region.
• Prepare and deliver RFP proposal support and key technical/engineering documents.
• Assist with technical and sales collateral such as high-level M&E schematics and technical presentations.
• Support high-level space planning and engineering solutions for customers.
• Support development of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and connectivity work with carriers.

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled/studying or a fresh graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or ECE.
• Fluency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Good knowledge of BlueBeam and Basic AutoCAD.
• Analytical mindset.
• Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, good attitude, and proactive approach.

• Basic knowledge of CFD is an advantage but not required.
