Graduate Engineer Trainee,Production Planning

Overview

Graduate Engineer Trainee focused on Production Planning & Control, material and capacity planning, and production reporting using ERP systems.

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage production plans and schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams for material availability and smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
• Perform material and capacity planning using ERP/MRP systems and maintain inventory levels.
• Track production KPIs and prepare planning reports, including daily and monthly production reports.
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing in the ERP system.
• Plan fabrication and related activities and coordinate long lead-time items.

What you'll need

• 0 to 1 year professional experience; freshers can apply.
• BE in Mechanical or BE in Electrical.
• Awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements.
• Compliance management knowledge.
• Communication skills.
• Mandatory systems knowledge of ERP systems and ISO related working.
