Senior Analyst - Procurement

Overview

Senior Analyst - Procurement role supporting supplier and purchasing activities for production needs at Flex.

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Place purchase orders for required raw materials and purchased parts.
• Receive and handle supplier confirmations.
• Track shipments and follow up as needed.
• Conduct regular stock checks to avoid overstock.
• Coordinate correspondence with freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Review requisitions and MRP output; order, reschedule, or cancel materials accordingly.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Working usage of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• ERP software usage (working usage may be required).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (e.g., percentages, areas, volumes).
