Application Support Engineer

Overview

Serve as an Application Support Engineer and software detective, identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Monitor, analyze and collaborate to maintain application integrity, performance and reliability.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system support workflows.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Identify and resolve issues across various components of essential business systems.
• Monitor and analyze systems to support smooth operation of critical applications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in SAP FI S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
• Familiarity with change management and incident management processes in application support.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full time education.
