Application Support Engineer

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, act as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Monitor systems, collaborate with teams, and deliver timely solutions to maintain application reliability and performance.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.
• Investigate and resolve issues within various components of essential business systems.
• Monitor systems, analyze system behaviors, and ensure the smooth operation of critical applications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools to analyze network performance and issues.
• Ability to design and implement network solutions that support business applications.
• Skilled in managing and maintaining network security and compliance standards.
