Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer who troubleshoots and resolves software issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Identify and solve software-related issues across components of critical systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problem scenarios.
• Participate in decision-making across teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Act as an SME and support team collaboration and decisions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• 15 years of full-time education required.
