Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for identifying and resolving issues across critical business systems, with a focus on Google Cloud Vertex AI model development.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve issues across business system components.
• Troubleshoot software-related challenges with multiple teams.
• Analyze system performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Support users with software functionality.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Document processes and solutions for team knowledge.
• Participate in team discussions and continuous learning.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
• Experience with machine learning model deployment and management.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
• Understanding of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• 15 years of full-time education.
