Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for leading AEM Sites architecture, troubleshooting complex system issues, and supporting critical business applications.

What you'll do

• Lead Solution Architecture for AEMaaCS initiatives.
• Define enterprise architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies.
• Architect Headless and Headful AEM solutions for web, mobile, and omnichannel experiences.
• Design scalable content architectures using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and Content Services.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution validation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional support activities.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Knowledge of content management systems and web technologies related to AEM.
• Experience diagnosing software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with AEM integrations with enterprise systems.

Nice to have

• Architectural design experience.
• Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS experience.
