Engineer - Application Support N 4A

Overview

Engineer - Application Support (N) is responsible for monitoring application performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting end-users. The role also involves collaborating with developers, documenting procedures, and participating in testing and deployment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain the performance of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or system errors.
• Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Document processes and procedures for future reference.
• Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new applications or updates.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

What you'll need

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Or hold a Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Have an ITIL Foundation (Axelos/Axelos) certification.
• Use Agile methodology and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrate English proficiency (Proficient - C2).
