Application Support Engineer I (TCF)

Overview

Application Support Engineer I supporting the “Trade Portal” application and related systems.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues for the Trade Portal application.
• Perform RCA to identify underlying production issues.
• Recreate Trade Portal problems in test environments and attempt resolution.
• Support installations and configurations across UAT/Standby/Production environments.
• Perform maintenance (preventive and adaptive) for the Trade Portal application.
• Coordinate with Testing and Development teams and with DBA and infrastructure teams.
• Handle planned activities like server movements and DR drills, and update KB documents.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with Linux.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle.
• Ability to do manual deployment.
• Preference for AWS Cloud support engineering.
• Maintain documentation of issues.
• Ability to coordinate with Server/Storage/Network teams for resource monitoring.
