Application Support Engineer

Overview

Serve as an SAP Finance Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable consultant and software detective, investigating and resolving issues across critical business systems to maintain system stability and support business continuity.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Investigate and resolve issues across various components of essential business systems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Proficiency in SAP FI AR/AP.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
• Experience managing and supporting financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• 15 years of full-time education.
