Overview

Provide application support for critical business systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across multiple components.

What you'll do

Act as a subject matter expert for application support.
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Manage team performance and contribute to team decisions.
Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

What you'll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
Experience with Resolute Hospital Billing Administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with incident management and resolution processes.
Familiarity with application monitoring tools.
15 years of full-time education.
