Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer role focused on diagnosing and resolving issues across critical business systems while designing and deploying CI/CD pipelines on Azure.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, build, and test CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide hands-on support across Azure IaaS components.
• Work with Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell across delivery phases.
• Gather requirements.
• Share daily status updates with clients and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• 4+ years of experience is required as stated.
• Over 3 years as a DevOps resource with Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and AKS.
• Experience provisioning Azure IaaS/PaaS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Linux (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows administration.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes (AKS), and Microsoft Azure IaaS.
