Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support the DSS team on Blue Yonder WMS projects, acting as software detectives to identify and solve issues across critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and support software components that integrate with larger systems.
• Carry out system integrations, code reviews and documentation.
• Work across multiple client projects and collaborate with stakeholders following Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.

What you'll need

• 15 years full-time education is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
• Must-have skills: WMS DSS, MOCA, Java, Oracle / PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Application architecture: BlueYonder WMS, MOCA commands, PageBuilder, MTF / RF forms, BY WMS Integrator, IFD mappings, algorithms.
• Software development: Java, JavaScript, GIT, REST API, XML/XSLT, MS SQL, PL/SQL.
• Databases: Oracle / SQL Server.
• Cloud architecture: MS Azure.
