What you'll do

• Assist in implementing system updates and enhancements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when necessary.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with campaign management and customer journey mapping within marketing platforms.
• Ability to analyze system logs and error messages for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and API usage in marketing cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively to non-technical audiences.
