Application Support Engineer

Overview

Work as an Application Support Engineer and software detective, identifying and solving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Support application operations, troubleshoot technical challenges, analyze system performance and improve application support processes for end-users and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture and design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and collaboration features.
• Experience in developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
