Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer role acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in implementing system updates and enhancements to improve overall application stability.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Ability to analyze and optimize report performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and presentation.
• Familiarity with database querying and data manipulation to support reporting requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reporting services and data integration.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
