Application Support Engineer

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Monitor systems, analyze system behavior, collaborate with teams, and deliver timely solutions to maintain application reliability and performance.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across various components of essential business systems.
• Monitor systems continuously to support the smooth operation of critical applications.
• Analyze system behavior and deliver timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Experience managing software deployment, patch management, and system updates using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to endpoint management.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance of managed devices.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of application and system failures.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
