Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer who proactively monitors, diagnoses, and resolves issues across critical business systems. Works with teams to investigate system behavior and maintain reliability.

What you'll do

• Proactively monitor and diagnose issues across multiple system components.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base.
• Assist junior team members with troubleshooting insights and guidance.
• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements for stability and user experience.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve software issues.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to interpret system logs and trace errors to root cause.
• Good communication skills to articulate technical information to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on system performance.
