Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer supporting critical business systems by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving issues across multiple components.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve application issues across essential business systems.
• Monitor and analyze system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
• Assist in implementation of system updates and enhancements.
• Support junior team members with knowledge sharing and guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning in enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with software applications.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.
