Overview

Sr. Developer for Application Development focused on evolving Genpact’s Client commercial (procurement) contracting capabilities using Ironclad CLM.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and automate solutions within the Ironclad CLM platform.
• Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, and business rules.
• Manage platform administration including user roles, security permissions, release schedules, and environment updates.
• Oversee legacy contract migration into the Ironclad repository while ensuring data integrity.
• Own platform governance, monitoring, incident management, and change control for reliability.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot Ironclad platform and integration issues.
• Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, and UAT) and maintain technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management tools, ideally Ironclad, or SaaS platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar CLM tools.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile or Product Model delivery organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
