Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues across multiple components of critical business systems, acting as Ivalua technical SME and leading end-to-end Ivalua SI implementation and AMS programs.

What you'll do

• Provide solution architecture expertise to client problems that apply across Source-to-Pay processes of Ivalua modules.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions, including coordination with global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution.
• Actively engage in solution design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Ensure compliance with delivery standards and PMO governance.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Ivalua (must have).
• Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification - L1/L2/L3.
• Strong experience in software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges that impact multiple teams and projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in S2P/P2P processes.
• Deep expertise of integrations, middleware, APIs, ETLs and ERP ecosystems.
• 9+ years in enterprise application delivery.
• 4+ years in Ivalua program delivery.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Ivalua.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software solutions.
