Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to investigate and resolve issues across components of critical business systems, with a focus on Ivalua Source-to-Pay applications.

What you'll do

• Act as the Ivalua technical SME and provide solution architecture expertise to client problems across Source-to-Pay processes of Ivalua modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions.
• Coordinate with global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Manage risks, escalations, and dependency resolution.
• Actively engage in build, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare and transition to support.
• Ensure compliance with delivery standards.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Ivalua.
• Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification - L1/L2/L3.
• Strong experience in software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
• Experience in managing complex project lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges that impact multiple teams and projects.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in S2P processes.
• Deep expertise of integrations, middleware, APIs, ETLs and ERP ecosystems.
• 4+ years in enterprise application delivery.
• 3+ years in Ivalua program delivery.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Ivalua.
• 15 years full time education.
