Overview

Act as an Application Support Engineer and software detective, identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Monitor and investigate applications to maintain system stability, performance and business continuity.

What you'll do

Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
Be responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance issue detection and resolution.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through problem-solving techniques.
Proactively identify and resolve issues across various components of essential business systems.
Monitor and investigate systems to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications.
Collaborate with different teams to maintain system stability and performance.
Navigate complex environments to detect anomalies and implement effective solutions.

What you'll need

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
Experience with system performance monitoring and incident management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Good communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting tasks.
15 years full time education.
