Overview

Serve as an Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to identify and solve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Monitor and investigate system issues, analyze system behavior, address disruptions, and support system reliability and business continuity.

What you'll do

Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
Make decisions for the team.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance by coordinating cross-functional activities.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system improvements.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve test coverage and reliability.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automated testing within the software lifecycle.

What you'll need

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
15 years full time education.
Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices to support automated testing in development pipelines.
