Sr. Engineer - Application Support N 4B

Overview

Support production applications for complex banking engagements, working with 24/7 production support and development teams.

What you'll do

• Provide production support for complex banking engagements.
• Collaborate with development teams.
• Support applications across cloud, database, monitoring, and enterprise platforms.
• Use scripting and programming technologies to troubleshoot and maintain applications.
• Work with Agile and software development lifecycle processes.
• Monitor systems using tools such as Splunk, PagerDuty, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.

What you'll need

• Experience leading complex banking engagements with 24/7 production support.
• Experience with Java and JavaScript, including ExtJS.
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, .NET, SQL, and scripting.
• Knowledge of application, database, cloud, and networking technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and production support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Splunk Certified User certification.
