Overview

Provide advanced application support by resolving incidents, maintaining applications, and supporting new application implementations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor application performance and perform maintenance tasks.
• Apply patches and upgrade software versions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Test, deploy, and provide post-implementation support for new applications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Advanced English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience with IT incident management and ITIL practices.
• Skills in monitoring tools, process automation, and technical support.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Access VBA.
