Overview
Lead Salesforce architecture and practice development for complex enterprise transformation programs in a client-facing Principal Architect and Salesforce Practice Lead role. The role combines hands-on project delivery with capability building, solutioning, hiring, and team enablement.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs.
- Translate business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions and transformation roadmaps.
- Present solution options, trade-offs, architecture recommendations, and roadmaps to clients.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, governance, and scalability.
- Drive architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, customizations, and integrations.
- Build Salesforce practice standards, reusable assets, governance frameworks, and delivery practices.
- Mentor technical staff and support pre-sales, proposals, staffing, and strategic growth.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience as a Salesforce Architect, Principal Architect, or Senior Solution Architect in consulting or services.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, integrations, governance, security, and large-scale implementations.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform development.
- Experience building teams, mentoring talent, and enabling practice growth in an offshore delivery model.
- Strong client-facing consulting, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Industry experience in communications, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, banking or financial services, retail, or high tech.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
- Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Industry Cloud Accredited Certification.
Details
- Hybrid role with office work in Noida, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad 2 to 3 times per week.
- Approximately 50% of time is dedicated to active project delivery.
