Applications Engineer, GTM Systems

Overview

Build, configure, and support the Salesforce and connected systems that power HackerOne's Go-to-Market teams, applying an AI-native mindset to automate revenue workflows. Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to keep the GTM engine running reliably.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, configuring and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related GTM applications.
• Build and support integrations across systems such as Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, and data enrichment tools using APIs and automation platforms such as Workato, and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities with GTM and business stakeholders to reduce manual work and improve accuracy through process automation and AI-enabled insights.
• Manage system changes while maintaining system stability and data integrity, communicating blockers early.
• Perform root-cause analysis on system issues and create documentation and playbooks for sustainable support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver solutions within scope and timelines.
• Support testing, deployment, and release cycles, and ensure changes are documented and communicated to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or GTM systems engineering, administration, or development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and platform automation (Flows, Apex, SOQL, Workato, or equivalent).
• Experience building and maintaining GTM system integrations across tools such as Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, or data enrichment platforms.
• Strong understanding of data models and APIs in the context of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification(s).
• Experience with workflow automation tools that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Familiarity with modern data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
• Exposure to REST APIs, middleware, or integration frameworks such as Workato or Fivetran.

• Location: Pune, India.
• Working model: In-office (all Pune roles are hybrid by design; remote options are not available).
• Working time: UK shift.
• Compensation band: INR 2,320,000 - 2,610,000 LPA.
• Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.
