Overview
Applications Engineer II responsible for developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining Oracle applications and related software solutions across the development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Design and develop software solutions, technical specifications, and technical designs.
- Manage testing, implementation, auditing, upgrades, fixes, and patches.
- Execute, assess, troubleshoot, and debug software programs and applications.
- Provide production support, monitor queues, update tickets, and resolve issues within SLAs.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS, ODI, and custom ADF applications.
- Analyze functional documents and deliver scalable, performant, high-quality solutions.
- Support concurrent program failures, performance issues, long-running programs, and standard API issues.
What you'll need
- 6–8 years of experience.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, Migrations, and Custom PLL.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Knowledge of Unix scripting, ODI master and work repositories, mappings, load plans, error handling, automation, and object migration.
- Experience developing custom ADF applications.
- Knowledge of data modelling, standard APIs, Oracle applications architecture, scalability, performance, and SDLC processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, teamwork, and ownership skills.

- Experience working in global Agile teams.
