Applications Engineer, Poultry

Overview

Support customers with poultry food-production applications by assessing production lines, translating requirements into solutions, and configuring portioning system software.

What you'll do

• Work with customers on site at food production facilities.
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements.
• Assess production lines and provide process-improvement feedback.
• Identify solutions and manipulate portioning system software.
• Measure data, analyze trends, and communicate results.
• Coordinate customer visits based on department priorities and strategic programs.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience with computers, software, and robotics principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Poultry Science, or Meat Science.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical applications.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Details

• Fully remote position based in Tennessee.
• Travel approximately 90% of the time.
• Estimated salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually.
