Overview

Applied Value Engineer for Healthcare & Lifesciences (NAM), partnering with strategic customers to build Celonis solutions and prove measurable business value through AI and Process Intelligence.

What you'll do

• Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects.
• Build Celonis business cases and demos for high-impact use cases.
• Run value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities.
• Communicate value opportunity and delivery roadmap to C-Level executives.
• Own end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value via business data analysis and process improvement.
• Customer-facing experience ideally in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards/apps/action flows.
• Hands-on SQL experience and Python experience (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
