Overview

Apprentice program with on-the-job training to build technical and professional skills toward future technology leadership roles.

What you'll do

• Analyze business and technical requirement documents.
• Contribute to application design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot priority incidents and facilitate blameless post-mortems.
• Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to predict issues.
• Build adoption for self-healing and resiliency patterns.
• Participate in agile team meetings like stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Prepare technical documentation required for the adopted SDLC process.

What you'll need

• Attention to detail and good understanding of coding, design, development, and SDLC methodologies.
• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree or equivalent or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and GitHub.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk/Dynatrace and Grafana.
• Understanding of common ticketing/project tools like ServiceNow and Jira/Confluence.
• Must be a fresher and available to work full-time from Sept 2025.
