Apprentice

Overview

Apprentice role in the Client Implementation team, responsible for setting up, changing and terminating new and existing clients on internal systems based on instructions from regional new business teams.

What you'll do

• Set up, change and terminate new and existing clients on the various internal systems based on instructions received from the regional new business teams.
• Set up funds on NSRD and accounting systems (Portia, RKS and PRKS).
• Ensure set-up of SSgA funds and client accounts.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of asset classes Equity, Fixed Income and Trade Life Cycle.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on service delivery.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
