Overview

An entry-level, on-site sales role for a motivated fresher to start a career in real estate and property management services, generating leads and promoting property management solutions to property owners and investors.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
• Understand client needs and present tailored property management solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local property market dynamics.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
