Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that meet project objectives, client requirements, and business goals.

What you'll do

• Design and build high-performance, reusable, reliable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Identify and improve business processes using Salesforce.
• Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
• Lead migration of functionality and data from third-party applications into Salesforce.
• Conduct research on clients’ Salesforce usage and produce findings with a recommended roadmap.
• Create and own user stories and business requirement documents from requirements gathering.

What you'll need

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong knowledge of Salesforce’s platform.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
• At least solutioning for 2–3 large implementations individually or in a lead capacity.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, and VS Code, plus Oracle integrations.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes.
