Manager, ML Engineering

Overview

Manager, ML Engineering to lead and develop a team of AI, cloud, and full stack engineers in building cloud-operated AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to evaluate the value of AI engineering projects.
• Act as a people manager and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Oversee design and delivery of AI solutions addressing complex business problems.
• Ensure efficient, maintainable, and secure code aligned with software engineering best practices.
• Design and deliver backend, front end services, and AI platform components for scalability and reliability.
• Architect, deploy, and operate cloud-native infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, deployment, and monitoring.

What you'll need

• 7-11 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3 years of AI engineering experience.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technology stream.
• Strong hands-on Python skills for code review and engineer mentoring.
• Experience building scalable AI solutions with a modern technology stack.
• DevOps practices experience including Git, Docker, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD.
