Compliance Data Analytics, Monitoring, and AI Co-ordinator

Overview

Coordinator for compliance data analytics, monitoring, and AI, supporting the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function’s analytics, monitoring, digital, and AI strategy.

What you'll do

• Support the development and operation of the E&C data analytics and monitoring program.
• Develop customer and supplier transaction analytics and automated anomaly detection.
• Design and build analytics and tools to consolidate E&C data and surface emerging risks.
• Design, build, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve Copilot Studio AI agents for compliance topics.
• Develop agentic AI solutions to automate recurring E&C tasks and processes.
• Build and analyze Power BI dashboards and reports for risk trends and program performance.
• Maintain E&C key performance indicators and Bowler charts, and support consolidation/automation of reporting.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of related experience in data analytics and monitoring, AI/automation, and digital solution delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities translating business/compliance needs into solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery and independently manage projects from concept through delivery.
